As of 25 March 2020 our print and mail production facilities are in lock down for non-essential businesses. We will be available on email and mobile phone, where we can do all data work (incl cleansing and SOA), quote, discuss and plan direct mail campaigns for rebuilding our nations businesses. Unless you are an essential business we cannot print or mail anything out until the lock down is lifted.
As a small family run business this lock down is potentially catastrophic for us. We'd appreciate any opportunities to help you, so when we're allowed in the premises we can hit the ground running. Get in touch here.

The first incarnation of Direct Mail Solutions came in 1995 when Dennis Lindsay left the world of Advertising to join a new up and coming customer loyalty company. They were outsourcing high volume direct mail campaigns but kept being let down by their suppliers. The decision was made in 1997 to purchase the equipment to produce their direct mail campaigns in-house.
In 2001 Dennis and his brother Neil purchased the production side of the company as that was their true passion.
Direct Mail Solutions was born.
It wasn't all plain sailing though. Early on our biggest client went broke owing our new startup business a big chunk of money. The brothers stuck to it for the next few years working to keep the business afloat while keeping the small team employed.
Dennis' son Josh joined the business in 2007 with a background in IT and a small stint in sales and marketing. It didn't take long for Josh to learn the ropes and become part of the furniture.
Over the years we have invested in the latest equipment and technology to produce the best work possible. Whether it's the latest digital printing platform or high speed inserting machines, guillotines, creaser and folders or an automated machine that makes really cool envelopes, we've never shied away from investing in the industry we believe in.
The future is looking bright for Direct Mail Solutions.
